AT: Adapted Keyboard

An adapted keyboard allows an individual who is unable to use a standard keyboard to utilize an adapted keyboard for computer use.  A wide variety of adapted keyboards make a computer accessible to almost every student. There are different categories of keyboards: expanded keyboards; mini-keyboards; one-handed keyboards; and on-screen keyboards. Students who may not have reliable muscle control, tremors, or spastic movements can benefit from adaptive keyboards.
